Terms & Conditions

Please read before booking. By making a booking you agree to all terms below.

1. Booking & Deposits

All appointments require a non-refundable deposit to secure your booking. Appointments are only confirmed after the deposit is received.

  • Deposit: $20 (non-refundable, secures your slot)
  • Advance notice: Book at least 24–48 hours in advance
  • Same-day booking: Extra fee applies

2. Cancellation Policy

Clients must provide at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellation must be at least 12 hours before the appointment. Late cancellations or no-shows will result in loss of deposit.

3. Late Arrival

Clients arriving late may have their service shortened or rescheduled depending on availability. Full service fees still apply.

4. Payments

Balance must be paid before or after service on the same day. Full payment is due immediately after the service.

5. Health & Safety

Clients must inform us of any allergies, skin conditions, injuries, or medical issues before the service. We are not responsible for reactions if not disclosed.

6. Service Satisfaction

If you are unsatisfied with a service, please notify us immediately. Adjustments may be made at our discretion. No refunds once a service has been completed.

7. Hygiene & Conduct

We maintain strict hygiene standards. Clients are expected to maintain personal hygiene and behave respectfully. We reserve the right to refuse service if necessary.

8. Travel & Home Services

For home or mobile services, additional travel fees may apply depending on location. Clients must provide a safe and suitable working environment. Home services available for all services across Toronto and surrounding areas.

9. Personal Belongings

We are not responsible for lost or damaged personal items during appointments.

10. Catering Services

Orders must be placed in advance with a deposit. Final guest count and menu must be confirmed before the event. Cancellations may result in partial or full loss of deposit depending on timing. For bulk orders, contact us with your guest count for pricing.

11. Personal Shopping Services

All purchases must be paid in advance. Service fees are non-refundable once shopping has been completed.

12. Business Hours

  • Monday – Saturday: 9AM – 10PM
  • Sunday: Closed (or appointment only)

13. Policy Agreement
